Return and Refund policy:

Although at PRINKLER.COM we aim to provide an exceptional experience to each and every customer, we recognize that there are times where a return may be required.  Please contact us here: support@prinkler.com

• Terms and Conditions of return - Return must be requested within 5 business days.  Buyers pays return shipping.  A restocking fee for 15% of the purchase value will apply to each individual item returned.  If approved, a refund may be issued to the original form of payment or a gift card redeemable at www.prinkler.com.  GIFT CARDS- Buyers who elect to receive a gift card will have the restocking 15% restocking fee waived.  However, the return is still subject to inspection and approval.  Any market loss fees will be deducted from the total amount of the gift card or original form of payment.
• State and Condition of Return - Must be returned unopened and in the condition upon which it was shipped.  If item is returned in any other condition than what has been prior instructed, a market loss fee of not less than 25%  will apply, in addition to the restocking fee.  An additional 10% penalty will apply to orders approved by PRINKLER.COM to be returned after 5 business days.
• Reasons and Conditions for return - Buyer must contact Prinkler.com before returning an item for any reason.  PRINKLER.COM can refuse return if the reason is deemed inappropriate, i.e. changed mind, better price, accidently dropped it, etc.  If items are returned without first consulting with PRINKLER.COM, that item will be subject to confiscation and/or disposal.  Also, Prinkler.com will not be liable for loss of any item returned, with or without prior notice.  Purchaser is responsible for insuring the return and PRINKLER.COM cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or anything related to the return prior to being delivered at our facility.
